When you arrive you will be asked to check in at the front with the medical office assistant. The clinic is multidisciplinary, with other physicians specializing in Dermatology, Neurology, Infectious Disease and General Internal Medicine.

Most patients will have blood tests after their initial visit. You do not need to fast for bloodwork and it can be done at any time. Diagnostic tests such as X-rays or additional imaging may also be ordered.

Things to bring:

  • Driver's license and CareCard

  • A list of your prescription and nonprescription medications, and the dosing of each

  • Loose clothing (shorts or sweat pants that can be pulled above the knees)

  • Recent copies of bloodwork and/or diagnostic tests if available

  • A translator if communication in English will be difficult (Dr. Chin speaks conversational Cantonese only)
